1. Right click on 'My Computer', then Select 'Properties'.
2. Then you'll see following Dialog-Box , Click on 'Advance' [Red circled one] Tab

3.Now click on 'Settings' as circled in Picture [Under Performance]

4. Now you'll see 'Performance Options' Click on 'Advance' tab again and then click on 'Change' [Circled one]

5. Last step , Select your 'Pen Drive' or Any other USB Storage Device. Then you have to click on 'Custom Size' and fill up the empty space.

Tips: In 'Initial Size' fill up 500MB and while setting 'Maximum Size', first check how much space is left in your USB drive and then fill up accordingly[ In mine Space available is 38240 MB, so I'll put 4000MB Under Max]
Note: This should work fine with both Vista and XP.
This only works while your Pen drive is attached to the computer.
You have to have Administrative rights to perform this task.
Buy a new Ram if you can cuz this doesn't do the same job as your Ram can
